Learning to Ski & Snowboard

The snow is here, the weather is beautiful. For the month of January we’ve got some of the best conditions on record for skiing and snowboarding which makes this month a great time to get out and play in the snow. Every year at this time all of the Colorado ski resorts participate in a state wide program to get people out on the slopes for Learn to Ski & Snowboard Month. So if you have ever wanted to learn ski or know someone who does now is the time and Colorado is the place.

This year is no different and with all the snow so far this season we couldn’t ask for better snow to learn on. As a part of Learn to Ski & Snowboard month many of the great Colorado resorts offer awesome learning packages for those looking to try a new sport. These deals are not only for kids but for adults who would like to learn also. There’s no better time than now to learn to ski or snowboard, no matter what age you are. For a full list of deals and packages available to those who want to learn a new sport head over to www.ColoradoSki.com/Learn. There you’ll find the perfect learning package for you and your family as well as get some great safety tips and basic mountain information for the beginner. We’ll see you on the slopes this season.

May sound alittle silly but i’m kinda looking for the nearest ski resort in Colorado closest to the state of Texas. Wanna plan a vacation with family to ski. Looking for good snow, lodging and all the or most of the bells and whistles. you can email me any info that would be helpful or maybe a website.

I am unfamiliar with Colorado, but will be there this weekend. I will be in the Denver area and want to learn to snowboard, what resort do you recommend?
