SNOWMEN SPOTTED NEAR DIA: HITCHHIKING TO COPPER
Snowmen have been spotted this morning along Pena Blvd in Denver. The life size snowmen have congregated near the Green Valley Rd. exit off of Pena Blvd and are looking for a ride to Copper Mountain…

Ten snowmen, hungry for fresh tracks and first chairs, are reportedly hitchhiking their way to Copper to enjoy the five feet of snow that has already fallen this month. Copper has all of its 21 lifts open, with more than 1600 acres of skiing and riding and more snow in the forecast.
The snowmen, leading the way to Copper for many snow seekers, are each holding signs with playful sayings including, “Copper, Does a Soul Good” and “Have a Copperific Stay.”
Directions to Hitchhiking Snowmen: Traveling northbound on Pena Blvd, exit at Green Valley Rd. Snowmen are located adjacent to the southbound on ramp on the west side of Pena Blvd.
