Trade in your skis or get a bargain on a new pair and much more! October 12 -14 is Winter Park’s 23rd Annual Ski & Snowboard Swap at the base of Winter Park Resort’s West Portal Station. Great deals on new and used gear aren’t the only perks of the Ski & Snowboard Swap. Buying outdoor gear at the Swap will appeal to the philantropist in you too!

The proceeds of Winter Park’s 23rd Annual Ski & Snowboard Swap (October 12- 14, 2007) will go to raise money for the youth ski and snowboard programs run by the Winter Park Competition Center. “Shoppers can feel good that items purchased at the Ski and Snowboard Swap raise much needed funds for up and coming competitors,” noted Jon Nolting, director of the Winter Park Competition Center, in the event press release.

Save on popular brands from well known Rocky Mountain region shops and vendors. The Early Bird sale kicks off on Friday, Oct. 12, from 5 – 9 p.m. with an admission fee of $2 per person or $5 per family. Admission is free on Saturday and Sunday. Sale hours on Saturday are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday, 9 a.m. - noon.
