The Race is ON!

The race to open the 2007-08 Colorado and North American ski and snowboard season is on! Who will be first to kick off this season? We’ll see in less than 3 weeks! Yes, you heard right! If all goes well and the cold temps don’t fail us, in less than 3 weeks you can take your first run on the slopes, drink your first sip of apres-ski hot chocolate, get your first goggle tan, and look forward to repeating the process all winter long!

As Loveland, A-Basin, and Copper turn on the engines of their snow guns, the race to open the 2007-08 Colorado and North American ski and snowboard season has officially begun! Last year’s race was super intense, with A-Basin just barely beating out Loveland by a day! (A-Basin opened October 13, 2006). Stop by ColoradoSki.com for opening dates and snow reports!
