  1. The best times to ski are from 10 am to 2 pm.
  2. Push back your lunch break or eat something on the lift to get the most out of your ski day.
  3. Ski the groomed runs in the morning while the rest of the mountain warms up.
  4. Try to park next to clean snow so that you can wipe the mud off your boots before you toss them in your car after coming down the mountain.
  5. Bring a change of clothes for apres ski because you might be soaked by the end of the day.
  6. Layer up! It’s chilly in the morning, but by afternoon, you’ll be down to your skivvies!
  7. Bring the sunscreen and hit the sun deck. Bright Colorado afternoons will keep you outside to soak up rays and enjoy a burger.
  8. Falling while skiing in a bikini or shorts is cold. Make sure you come to terms with this before you shed all your layers.
