Chris Anthony - Tips for fast turns

Colorado is easy since the skiing is in the backyard. But in order to keep if safe as well as step it up on the slopes it is important to have the fitness along with the skills on the hill.

Explosives! (Plyometrics)

I don’t mean the dynamite, firecracker, nuclear kind. But like the explosive strength it takes to handle the variety of conditions one needs while transferring from one turn to the next.  Whether in bumps, groomers or steeps it is beneficial to train your explosive power through plyometrics.

Here’s just one example of the exercises you can do in any gym!
