Head west young man...

Fellow blogger Nick and I hit Sunlight on Monday and Powderhorn on Tuesday, and I can honestly say that I hit the jackpot. I am really starting to believe that snow just follows me around.

Telluride extends their season!

I hear alot about how fantastic the skiing at Telluride is. And it must be because Telluride Mountain has just decided to stay open for an entire week longer for the 2006-07 ski and snowboard season. The pairing of this year’s fantastic weather and cooler tempuratures gave the slopes of Telluride a true case of spring fever.

Super "Bowl" Skiing

Well, it’s Thursday morning and I’m planning my weekend skiing. Super Bowl XLI is coming up and my beloved Chicago Bears are making an appearance after a 21 year hiatus. For some reason, and I don’t know why, people just don’t go skiing on Super Bowl Sunday. For the past couple of years I have always gone skiing on football’s most holy day and this year is no exception.
