• U.S. Freeskiing Open - Copper Mountain, Colorado. Hundreds of registration spots filled up in about 30 minutes for this event - that’s just how excited these freeskiers are! As the largest and most respected contest in freeskiing, a $60,000 purse, and great ski town to celebrate, you’d be outta your mind not to get to this event Jan. 17-21, 2007. • Winter X Games - Aspen/Snowmass -The annual Winter X Games is the premier winter action sports event in the world, featuring athletes from across the globe competing for medals and prize money in the following sports: Ski, Snowboard and Snowmobile.
