Was he or she born between 1993-1998? Yes and yes? Well, we want to borrow your kid on January 13! Sport Illustrated for Kids puts on this nationwide event to find the best skiing or snowboarding child. The top competitor from the qualifier events will compete in the finals!

So your child rips on skis or a snowboard? Was born between 1993-1998? We want your child on January 13! Sport Illustrated for Kids puts on this nationwide event to find the best skiing or snowboarding child. The top competitor from the qualifier events will compete in the finals at Killington, Vermont.  The A-Basin qualifier event will consist of a slopestyle and mogul competition. All competitors will compete against each other in one class that includes boys, girls, skiers and snowboarders (not my rules!).

Attitude and personality as well as overall skiing and riding ability will be judged. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, January 13 in the A-frame building. The cost is $10 and all children receive a goody bag.
